I'm Diana Feldman, a Psychotherapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with 30 years of experience helping individuals, children, teens, individuals, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges. I use an integrative approach tailored to meet the individual needs of every client to foster resilience and, self-awareness, As the author of "Stuck in Role," I specialize in helping clients break free from limiting patterns and rediscover their authentic selves. I believe that building self awareness is the foundation to gaining new perspectives and learning concrete skills so meaningful, lasting change can occur. I specialize in working with developmental trauma in adults (childhood trauma). I believe understanding early patterns are the key for unlocking present challenges both internally and in relationships.
