Hello! I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who is passionate about supporting people navigating difficulty with self-esteem, body image concerns, and relationship challenges. I also have experience working with people struggling with substance use, addiction issues, specific phobias, and significant life changes that can impact how we function in our day-to-day lives. I work with both children and adults and I consider my clients to be the experts of their own lives. I believe we all possess the wisdom to heal ourselves and sometimes we just need a little help getting in touch with it.
