I want to help you be the best self you can be. I have advanced training in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families. I focus on building trust with my clients so they have a safe place to heal. I specialize in DBT, healing from trauma, relationship conflicts, marriage and family, depression, anxiety, and emotion dysregulation. Additionally, I work with adopted people and adoptive families. I am part of Northstar Consulting which provides treatment and services for adopted people.
