I have over 16 years of experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based behavioral and mindfulness treatments to address stress and behavioral health conditions. My specific expertise is in treating of adults with depression, anxiety (health-related anxiety, panic disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias), and chronic pain. I also use a behavioral approach to address weight loss, managing chronic disease, and improving coping skills, health, and wellness. My treatment approach is collaborative, short-term, goal-oriented, and is tailored to meet each client's needs.
