As a licensed mental health counselor, I am passionate about walking alongside people who feel broken, stuck, or burdened by shame, anxiety, or relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported while gaining the tools you need to heal, grow, and thrive.
