I am a bilingual/bicultural therapist with over 15 years of experience working alongside adolescents and adults helping them process and navigate life' s challenges. My mission is to work collaboratively with clients to achieve therapeutic goals and overall well-being. My approach involves focusing on connecting with clients while incorporating a trauma-informed and culturally competent therapeutic lens and fostering a safe space for self-awareness, self-empowerment and aiding to identify inherent strengths.
