I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. I take a client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, believing that everyone has the capacity for meaningful growth when provided with support and understanding. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds via telehealth, and specialize in relationships, domestic violence, parent-child/family conflict, suicidal ideation/self-harm, trauma, and mood disorders.
