My Goal is to help you achieve a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship, in order to guide you with your journey of healing. I often treat others who experience difficulty with anxiety, anger and depression. Along with these symptoms I help develop coping skills to utilize when when dealing with stressors of life and changes in family dynamics. I also treat others who experience similar symptoms and utilize an eclectic approach which includes CBT,Guided imagery and humor.
