My work centers on supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, navigate anxiety and depression, and move through life transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion. I’m passionate about providing culturally responsive care to BIPOC and immigrant communities, first-generation clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of sexual and/or domestic violence, parents of children impacted by sexual abuse, & those working to heal from childhood trauma.
