As a licensed LMFT therapist, I support clients towards their self-discovery process through the transformative power of psychotherapy to create meaningful changes in life, empower unique gifts and purpose, and enhance mental and emotional well-being. I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of insight and wisdom that can be cultivated through therapy. During our initial sessions, we will focus on exploring the reasons for seeking therapy, identify presenting problems, explore what your objectives are, and establish your treatment goals.
