If you have been carrying everything on your own for years, the anxiety, the overthinking, the sadness you hide, or the childhood wounds you never had space to unpack, you may feel overwhelmed, heavy, or disconnected. Many of the clients I work with are the strong ones in their families or relationships. They grew up navigating instability, emotional neglect, or trauma, and learned to survive by being responsible, independent, and guarded. Now their old coping skills no longer work, and they want peace, emotional clarity, and a life that feels calmer and more balanced.
