Looking for a therapist can be a difficult process to navigate, and therapy can be great in a safe space where you can explore your experiences which have led you to the point at which you are seeking counseling. I have a background in working with clients with a variety of challenges, most of which are anxiety, depression, and life changes. Some of the issues may look like work related stress and burnout, self-imposed pressures to be perfect due to social media and family expectations, a loss or breakup, inability to stop ruminating over past mistakes or things out one’s control and getting stuck in negative thinking loops.
