Our therapeutic space will be bold, brave, and supportive. I aim to strike a balance of validating feelings of fragility or fear with a genuine belief in the potential to heal. Maybe you’ve been called “too much” or can’t quite carve the life and relationships that you want, despite an inner knowingness of your innate goodness and loving nature. It may at times feel hopeless, but I say there is hope here! This space is particularly effective for those eager to take a deeper dive into themselves and their most difficult material or Complex Trauma. Additionally, I provide Ketamine (KAP) Therapy Integration and support.
