Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here. Many people come to therapy feeling heavy, uncertain, or unsure of where they belong. You don’t have to carry that alone. I offer a supportive space for grief, identity exploration, complex family dynamics, and perinatal and maternal health experiences. I’m a queer, bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who works closely with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals. My work is grounded in a humanistic, relational approach that centers your lived experience, inherent worth, and capacity for growth. I believe healing happens at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and show up as you are without pressure to have everything figured out.
