I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and my role as a therapist is to help facilitate that process. It can be difficult to begin to open up and work on pain that has harmed us for so long. I am committed to helping you navigate through this and walk along side you during your time of need. I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I follow a theoretical approach of collaborative and integrative therapy. This means that I like to work with my clients to adapt therapy to their direct needs and goals.
