My ideal client is someone who feels stuck despite insight, talk therapy, or years of personal growth. They may be overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or carrying unresolved trauma, grief, or relationship pain. They want meaningful change without months of weekly sessions. They are ready to slow down, focus deeply, and do transformative work in a contained, supportive setting. Their goal is relief, clarity, and a felt sense of emotional safety—so they can move forward with greater ease, self-trust, and balance. Virtual in Alabama & Florida. In-person only in Mobile, AL. I provide personalized Therapy Intensives using extended 3-hour sessions for deep, focused emotional work. Integrating somatic awareness, somatic tapping, cognitive reframing, parts work and clinical insight, I help clients process trauma, reduce overwhelm, and create meaningful change—often in days rather than months.
