I seek to create a safe and nurturing environment which supports healing and growth. I have an eclectic approach that is tailored to each individual client and what feels most helpful in the moment. I make use of Psychodynamic insight oriented psychotherapy, CBT, the Expressive Arts, Focusing, Relaxation Training and more, within a Holistic/Mindfulness and Strength-Based approach. I work with adults and children. I support adults through: life transitions, grief, relationship struggles, women's issues, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, being an adult child of an alcoholic or other dysfunction, young adult identity issues, stress management and more. I am LGBT friendly.
