I have developed a rich and diverse skill set through my experience as a school social worker. I believe in collaboration and creating a warm, inviting environment. I am committed to my client’s well-being. I practice solution-focused and strengths-based approaches in addressing various challenges such as stress, anxiety, anger, depression and adjustment disorders as well as school related issues. I incorporate mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques as a holistic approach to therapy, aiming to empower clients with the tools they need to navigate their difficulties effectively.
