I have worked many years with individuals who struggle with: Substance Use Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self Esteem Issues, those struggling with obtaining healthy coping skills, Anger Management, and LGBTQ Struggles (Adults and Teens). My specialties when working with clients are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as teaching mindfulness and meditation skills.
