My goal is as a therapist is to assist clients in becoming their own best advocate as they negotiate personal life challenges. I have a special interest in mind body awareness and have incorporated meditative and relaxation strategies and biofeedback in my therapeutic work with clients from childhood through late adulthood. Additionally, I have trained ten years in Neurofeedback, a very specialized type of biofeedback, that engages the brain in changing itself. this is particularly helpful with chronic mental health issues including, but not limited to, ADD, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain Syndromes, and PTSD. Neurofeedback is also beneficial for Peak Performance Training.
