I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, PTSD/trauma, grief/loss, parenting challenges, self-esteem struggles, self-harm, and women’s health issues. I provide collaborative, individual therapy for clients from teen years through adulthood, with a particular focus on older adolescents and young adults. I have over a decade of experience working with transitional-age youth in residential settings, helping them navigate trauma, life transitions, social challenges, and boundary setting.
