Live life to the fullest has been my motto. As a clinician for 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with diverse groups of people, helping them through life's challenges. I have extensive background treating pain management, grief/loss, narcissistic abuse, women's issues, life coaching and life transitions. I am an LCPC and have been licensed in Washington State and Colorado. As a professional career woman, wife and mother (including a special needs adult son), I am particularly in tune with issues women face on a daily basis. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on your journey.
