My goal is to help, while making you feel comfortable. Each person comes in with their own unique life experience and problems. I try to work with compassion so that you will feel supported as we explore your thoughts and feelings about your past and present situations. Together we will examine ways in which you can find solutions to current probIems. Some of the most common problems I see include relationship and career issues, depression, anxiety, parenting, infertility, grief, chronic illnesses (including cancer), and elder care.
