I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan, including young adults adjusting to and managing the stress of major life transitions, such as college or navigating life in NYC I work with people who seek treatment during an acute crisis or wish to address longstanding or unresolved issues. The healing process emerges from an increased ability to understand motivations and promotes the ability to break counterproductive cycles and creates healthier ways of living and interacting with others in romantic, personal and professional relationships. I aspire to make the psychotherapy process feel as safe and useful as possible.
