My name is Diane Kato. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have worked in the behavioral health field for more than 23 years. I view therapy as a journey with blocks that hinder your path to self-healing. I will work with you to identify the best therapeutic approach. Often, I utilize 3 to 4 different therapeutic approaches per session. In most clients, we develop relaxation skills, safe place visualization, and positive communication skills in our first phase of therapy.
