As a therapist I offer a safe, respectful and supportive space where we can work on what brings you to therapy. In Gestalt therapy the work is dynamic, holistic, and experiential- where the focus is on each individual's natural movement toward spontaneity and growth. My concern is to help you develop awareness, confidence and self-support, so that you can find joy and satisfaction in your career, relationships, and in the appreciation of one's life. Together we will expand your experience of a fuller range of possibilities, and increase your awareness of creative choices leading to a fuller and more joyful life.
