We bring empathy, expertise, and energy to every session. Successful therapeutic work is founded on a trusting relationship between a therapist and the client. We also aim to create a safe, affirming space for individuals of all cultural backgrounds and gender identities. As a provider, I support individuals to become their most authentic self, embracing all parts of self. Everyone deserves emotional health! When I work with clients & families, I focus on the whole person to find creativity and healthy appropriate outlets. I believe in giving people the knowledge to take steps to find and define their mental wellness journey.
