I like to think of myself as a seasoned clinician who has adapted and adjusted to the changing times. I am currently providing telehealth services only. I have evolved my craft toward a mindfully oriented practice which I combine with cognitive, behavioral and DBT techniques. My work supports adults (26+) going through their journey of radical acceptance focusing on those life changing events which can often cause emotional dysregulation.
