Hi! I specialize in working with young adults and adults in navigating stress related to symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-doubt & perfectionism, and/or adjusting to life changes. I have expertise in working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+. I also often work with first-generation Americans who have the added nuance of balancing the expectations of two cultures. I am trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese). I have virtual, daytime availability for those living & located in New York State on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
