Sometimes you must be lost to find your true self and purpose again. Connecting to oneself is challenging when doing it alone, especially if you were always told you were so emotional or sensitive. Don't go alone when you have an open arm of support. Life transitions can go up and down which can be challenging to deal with. I value the gifts of giving and receiving.
