I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Saint Xavier University and a Master of Social Work degree from Governors State University. I have extensive experience in the healthcare field. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, loss/bereavement, aging issues, chronic health issues, stress management and life transitions. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with the theoretical foundation of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) I bring a strengths-based approach to the therapeutic relationship.
