My focus as a therapist is about learning your strengths and resilience to find the best version of yourself, identify and validate all layers of your emotions, and help you create solutions for life's challenges. I enjoy working with individuals looking to build a strong sense of self, who may be struggling to balance their own needs with the needs of others. In addition to my academic and clinical training, I also bring three decades of work and life experiences that enable me to understand and guide you to navigate various challenges. My previous careers in corporate marketing and educational counseling help me to understand the dynamics of complex relationships in work and family systems.
