By tracking patterns that no longer serve them, making the unconscious conscious, we make changes that lead to a greater sense of intention and connection. I see a great many clients looking for deeper intimacy in their relationships, a sense of purpose in life, and a yearning to live life out loud. Together we shift from what happened to them to who they choose to become.
