I think of psychotherapy as a collaborative process and my style is interactive and engaged. I value people's strengths and maintain an open, empathic and non-judgmental position. Every individual and couple comes to therapy with unique needs, desires and history; so there is no one "right" way to work with everyone. Together the client and I determine what is most likely to be helpful. I have over 25 years experience treating all sorts of people, but I have a particular specialty in treating trauma and abuse survivors.
