In my practice I have been working with clients to assist them in meeting their goals by developing strategies together to help promote the changes they desire. Therapy can empower us to make the changes we know we want and need! Learning strategies to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression or strategies to adjust to challenging life experience are very valuable. In addition, I have experience working with clients who have substance abuse disorders and family members who are looking for support or guidance during an adjustment period. I also have experience guiding my clients through the grief and loss process.
