If you’re feeling overwhelmed and constantly running at full capacity, you’re not alone. Work, relationships, family, and expectations all compete for attention, and even when you’re doing “well,” it can feel exhausting and hard to catch your breath. I work with professional women who are burned out, anxious, and tired of feeling like they’re always on. A lot of my clients have tried the self-care tips, the routines, and the advice to slow down. It might help for a moment, but it doesn’t change the pace of life or the pressure underneath it.
