About
Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child or a young adult navigating a challenging season, I'm here to walk alongside you. My style is warm, engaging, and centered on the unique needs of each person. I believe every individual is capable of growth, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing stress & anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, grief and loss, low self-esteem, life transitions—including divorce and starting college, and interpersonal challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. View 8 Photos With younger children, I use Child-Centered and Synergetic Play Therapy to help children express their inner world through creativity and play. For teens and young adults, I offer a collaborative approach and incorporate strengths-based, client-centered, expressive arts, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and mindfulness into the space.
