I've had over 30 years of experience helping individuals learn strategies for dealing with crisis situations and anxiety. I am now working in the office with safe distancing and on video. I will work with you to diminish the anxiety and increase confidence in coping with life situations, as we find that all is not lost and there is a way to a "bigger and better" future.
