About
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health and social services. I am a wife, mother of three, daughter, and sister who enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time at the beach. I bring curiosity, compassion, and just the right dose of humor to help you feel comfortable being your full, authentic self. My goal is to help you understand your inner world, quiet the inner critic, and build real-life strategies for navigating the chaos. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can exhale, reflect, and build skills to better navigate your day-to-day life. My greatest strength is creating a space where people feel safe to be their full, imperfect selves. I understand how past pain, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and identity struggles can shape our inner world. I’m comfortable talking about the hard stuff—racism, gender, sexuality, shame. I believe people can grow and heal, especially when they’re truly seen.
