I strive to work with children and adolescents who are exploring their relationship with emotions, their world, and their experiences. Therapy with me will be a collaborative process tailored to your specific needs and goals. My goal is to create a safe, open, and authentic environment for my clients to explore themselves and grow. I have experience working with presenting concerns in children, adolescents, and adults including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, and low self-esteem.
