That rather than judging, criticizing, or shaming yourself when you make a mistake or fall off your path of change, you meet it with a level of self-compassion. Recognizing that you have the ability and resiliency to get back on the positive path that will lead you to the best version of yourself. I believe healing is possible through different means and am open to incorporating creativity in our sessions.
