English | español I am a clinical psychologist whose interests and experience include trauma, mental health, physical health, chronic pain, happiness, well-being, immigration, and diversity issues. I believe we all have the capacity within us to improve our lives, in one way or another, but sometimes we need some guidance. In my work, I try to teach my patients what is happening with their minds and bodies, as well as skills they can utilize to get better. Education is very important, and it makes a difference in the way we make changes. I provide services that are welcoming, compassionate, genuine, and have your best interest at heart.
