In my work, I aim to create an atmosphere that is safe, open, and nurturing to everyone. My approach to therapy is holistic and personalized, based on each person’s unique needs. I believe that everyone possesses the resources within themselves to create the change they hope for. Counseling simply facilitates unlocking these resources and providing additional tools to improve our lives.
