Whatever we're struggling with in life, I believe we have an inner knowing, wisdom and the capacity for healing, but sometimes we need to be witnessed and accompanied through a process of self exploration, met with compassion and spacious inquisitiveness, and be gently invited to see outside our entrenched narratives, for these inner gifts to fully emerge and allow us to take a new shape. I think it's vital to look at a person's struggles contextually, systemically, historically, and inter-relationally, knowing what is arising in the now comes from a larger story shaped across years and in different domains of our lives.
