I have experience working with a diverse range of clients from children to adults. Regardless of age, I invite all my clients to be open-minded about exploring through a variety of interventions, from structured workbooks to non-directive art projects, in order to reach their goals. I am particularly passionate about helping adolescents identify their values and strengths, teaching younger children emotion regulation techniques and strategies, and helping clients of all ages build up a "toolbox" of coping skills to manage life's stressors.
