Great to meet you! I specialize in working with individual adults in both Florida and California State. Prior to becoming a therapist, I dedicated 20 years to working in community health centers, hospitals, adult day care facilities, and a crisis support center and text line in California. This wide array of experience gave me the opportunity to identify those suffering from depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss, self-worth issues, relationship problems, and other life stressors. I continue to be honored and humbled with clients allowing me to enter their worlds.
