As a Medicare provider with more than 20 years of experience, I will offer you a warm and non judgmental environment where you can bring your feelings of sadness, loss and other powerful feelings that may accompany the grief journey. Everyone’s experience is unique, yet some qualities are universal. Throughout it all, it is important to know that what you are feeling and experiencing is a normal part of your grief process. Together we can navigate the overwhelming, sometimes dark emotional landscape of grief, and learn to find the light that still exists, but can be so hard to see at this very difficult time.
