My professional background was built on working with teenagers and young adults. In today's world, people migrate more than ever before and settle down later in life than previous generations have done. These new trends have forced us to redefine how we relate to one another and also to increase the number of social connections. Whether we are discussing anxiety, depression, procrastination, indecision, relationships, or existential dilemmas; I truly commit to helping people navigate through these complexities of modern-day life. It is honoring to be a part of their journey, and, in that, I feel blessed. My strength is in helping clients improve relationships -- both with others and with their inner self. Other areas of specialty include time management, stress management, emotion regulation, and decision-making. I believe by mastering these components, it becomes much easier to make dreams come true, to reach your own standards of the good life.
