My clients have worked through their grief, finding a healthier work/life balance, and have gotten to a place where they can do their best to live a life that's aligned with their values. My clients are people who want to break away from maladaptive generational cycles and trauma. They want to feel closer to their lineage by exploring different aspects of themselves and their culture. My clients recognize that in order to be a good ancestor for generations after them, they have to put in the work now by unlearning and training their brains to disengage from behaviors that no longer serve them.
