I am licensed in both Georgia (LPC013361) and Alabama (LPC05236). I am a collaborative, solution-focused Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I/O Psychologist (PsyD), and purpose coach. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy. I believe in tailoring therapy to fit each client’s unique needs, helping them gain insight into their patterns, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes.
